FAQ's About Samking

A brushless DC pump is a water pump driven by a brushless direct-current motor. It replaces carbon brushes found in older DC designs with electronic switching, so the rotor turns with almost no friction. Fewer rubbing parts cut wear, lower noise, and extend bearing life.
The controller sends rapid electrical pulses to the stator coils. These pulses create a moving magnetic field that pulls permanent magnets fixed on the rotor. Because the switch pattern is controlled by software, the motor can change speed quickly. That lets the pump match flow to demand instead of wasting energy through throttling valves.
Inside the hydraulic end, a centrifugal or screw impeller mounts on the same shaft. When the motor spins, the impeller scoops water and pushes it up the discharge pipe. Brushless efficiency often reaches ninety percent, so more of each watt becomes useful lift. Soft-start logic also avoids high inrush current, protecting cables and solar panels.
SAMKING Pump uses brushless motors from 300 W to 20 kW in both surface and submersible bodies. Users can select plastic or SS304 impellers, built-in or external controllers, and optional GPRS links for remote wells. The design suits solar arrays because no inverter stage is needed.
